“Our vision is to align the whole organization toward one common purpose: to generate value for the customer.”
Aduro Laser was founded in 2013 by Grayson Beck and Demian Backs. Since then, Aduro Laser has continued to provide the medical device manufacturing industry with cost-effective, creative laser solutions of the highest quality. Aduro is committed to streamlining the production of laser micro-machined medical grade components, and generating value for the customer.
Grayson Beck co-founded Pulse Systems Corp. in 1998. He developed the engineering and manufacturing processes that established Pulse Systems’ reputation for exceptional service, astounding turnaround times, and superior quality. From 2004 to 2007 Grayson served on the board and continued to manage Pulse Systems as the company was sold and handed over to new management.
Prior to founding Pulse, Grayson managed the engineering and manufacturing division of Autocam California, a machining company specializing in automotive and medical device components. Before joining Autocam, he worked for Toyota (NUMMI), where he led a special projects group responsible for designing and operating new assembly lines at the Fremont, California plant.
Demian Backs began managing LPL Systems’ laser manufacturing operations in 1996. He led the systems manufacturing process through purchasing components, scheduling builds, testing and integrating laser systems, and shipping and installing.
In 2003, Demian joined Pulse Systems. As Senior Director of Operations, he was responsible for all laser-cutting manufacturing. He facilitated communication with customers in order to refine their designs for manufacturability and to deliver products on time. Demian played a vital role in perfecting Pulse Systems’ operations and manufacturing quality systems.
